The Get Help contact form

The contact form on expert-help.html collects the following information when you submit it:

  • City name and location
  • City website (optional)
  • City Manager, CIO, and CAIO names (optional)
  • Name and title of the person completing the form
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Short description of where the city is in the work or what help is needed

No other data collection occurs through this website. No tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party data collection tools are deployed.

How the data is used

Information submitted through the Get Help form is used solely to respond to your consultation request. It is used to understand your city's situation, follow up on your request, and coordinate a first conversation.

This information is not used for marketing, shared with third parties, sold, or used for any purpose beyond responding to the specific request you submitted.

Data retention

Submitted information is retained only as long as needed to support an active consultation or follow-up conversation. If no engagement begins, records are not kept indefinitely.

To request deletion of any information you have submitted, email contact@cityaipolicy.org with "data deletion request" in the subject line. Deletion requests are honored promptly.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted at any time. Contact contact@cityaipolicy.org to make any such request.

This site does not set cookies, track browser behavior, or use session tokens beyond what is strictly necessary to submit and process the contact form.
